We have a friendly, knowledgeable staff of experienced therapists who will work with your child in your home, private school, or daycare setting.

With over 20 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Special Education, Lisa Marie Rodriguez, BCBA, LBA (NY, NJ, GA), is a passionate leader dedicated to supporting children with autism and their families. As the founder of Blueprint Behavioral Connections, LLC, she has built a practice rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and meaningful progress.
Lisa Marie has extensive experience providing Early Intervention services, helping young children develop communication, social, and developmental skills during their most important years. Her background also includes work as an ABA teacher and experience in special education classrooms within the Department of Education (DOE), giving her a strong understanding of both home and school-based support.
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York, New Jersey, and Georgia, Lisa Marie is committed to ethical, evidence-based, and individualized ABA services. She believes in a collaborative, family-centered approach, working closely with caregivers, educators, and teams to help each child thrive, build independence, and create lasting positive change.

Jessica Palazzo is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nearly 15 years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental needs. She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education and has had the privilege of supporting children from infancy through 10 years of age in home, clinic, and community settings.
Jessica believes that meaningful progress begins with building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families. She strives to make learning positive, engaging, and individualized to each child’s unique strengths and needs. Her approach combines evidence-based ABA practices with compassion, patience, and collaboration, with the goal of helping children gain meaningful skills that make a difference in their everyday lives.

Danielle Werling is an ABA Therapist with Blueprint Behavioral Connections, where she provides individualized support to children and their families through evidence-based behavioral interventions. She is dedicated to helping children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and develop confidence in their everyday lives.
Danielle is passionate about creating positive, supportive learning environments where each child feels encouraged and understood. She works closely with families to promote progress, consistency, and meaningful growth across different settings. Her patient and compassionate approach allows her to connect with children while helping them reach their full potential.
Danielle finds great fulfillment in being part of each child’s journey and takes pride in making a lasting difference in the lives of the children and families she serves every day.
