Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a type of therapy that can improve social, communication, and learning skills through reinforcement strategies.
In simple terms ABA is a scientific therapy used to understand behavior.
'Behavior' refers to the skills and actions needed to talk, play and essentially live a happier life day-to-day. ABA helps both children and adults who learn and think differently, obtain those skills they are lacking.
Here at Blueprint Behavioral Connections, we work with each family to identify their goals and implement an individualized care plan that is tailored to their child specifically. The child will have their own team of a BCBA 'Board-Certified Behavior Analyst' and a Therapist: RBT 'Registered Behavior Technician' who will work with them to learn and grow in a way that is best suited for their individual needs.
